“Beyond Balancing:
How Young Moms Advance Their Careers”
Moms of young children balance competing demands on their time – dozens of times every day. In all the balancing they do, how can young women find the time and energy to move their careers forward? In this interactive workshop, Seattle-based career coach Elizabeth Atcheson will explore what it really means to “balance” and will help participants to
- Identify personal realities
- Assess the professional skills, fields, and values that are most important to each person
- Clarify their priorities
- Determine steps to take to continue their professional growth while their children are growing up.
