Epiphany Auction will be March 20 and March 21

Please see our preview page for a list of this year's baskets and contributors or download this years booklet.

It's time to start planning for the Epiphany Auction 2010!  Our team is excited and ready to get the ball rolling!  So mark your calendars and plan to attend the best auction ever!

On Saturday, March 20th following the 4:30 service, we will have our Adult Auction of themed baskets and other items similar to what we have included in the past. There will be a live auction, a silent auction and a Chinese auction.  We will serve wine, a non-alcoholic punch, cheese and crackers, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and desserts.  Baby-sitting will be available in Randles Hall hosted by our Youth Group with pizza, drinks and movies provided for the children for a small donation.  Reservations will be needed for child care.  This auction will be open to the Clifton Park community, so plan to bring your friends and neighbors!

On Sunday, March 21st following the 9:30 service, we will host a Children’s Auction that will include a silent auction of themed baskets and a Chinese auction of other favorites of our youth.  Items that were not sold the night before will be also be included.  Refreshments will be served including cookies, brownies, punch, fresh fruit and veggies - finger-foods that everyone will enjoy.

We are going to need the support of our St. George's family. You are invited to come up with unique donations of time, talent and/or treasure to support this major fundraising event that supports our Outreach program.  Last year, we raised over $8,000!  Our goal is to top that if possible.  We your help, we can make it happen!

You will find suggested lists of items that you might want to donate to the auction on our web site.  Auction donation forms will be available every Sunday beginning February 1st on a table in the narthex..  You may also download the form below.
