Adult Epiphany Fund Auction Preview
Saturday, March 20, 2010
5:30 pm in Hatlee Hall
Plan to enjoy a fun-filled evening at our Adult Auction. Auction tables and our cocktail buffet will be set up in Hatlee Hall. Beginning at 5:30 PM, St. George’s parishioners and their guests will have an opportunity to preview auction items while enjoying a glass of wine or punch, cheese and crackers and a variety of heavy hors d'oeuvres. Bids may be placed on your favorite Silent Auction selections. At 7:00 PM, the Live Auction begins while you enjoy dessert from our tempting dessert buffet. This auction is open to the Clifton Park community, so plan to bring your friends and neighbors!
Childcare will be available in Randles Hall hosted by our Youth Group. Pizza, drinks and movies will be provided for a small donation. To access child-care, please make reservations with Sue Walthers in the church office. We will need a head count in order to have sufficient youth sitters and to order the pizza.
