Each communion service has lessons from the Bible read. The Lectors (readers) do this for the Old Testament and New Testament readings. The Lectors also lead the congregation in the Psalms.

If you like to read scripture, you can be a Lector. Lectors are needed at the Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday worship services.  You will be trained and supported in this ministry.
