The Daniel Plan is a faith-based program focused on helping you build a healthier lifestyle. The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Lifestyle was written by Pastor Rick Warren, Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Daniel Amen. Through a small group study, they provide tools and resources to transform your body, mind and soul — so that you can fulfill God’s purpose for you this year!
