Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Boundaries impact our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. The study of boundaries helps us:

  • Discover how to set limits and still be a loving person
  • Learn when to say yes and how to say no
  • Learn the ten laws of boundaries 
  • Define appropriate boundaries and consequences for your kids and much more

This study is based on the Boundaries by Dr. John Townsend and Dr. Henry Cloud.  

Classes will be offered on Wednesday evenings, September 11 through October 30 from 7:00 pm-8:30 pm.
