St. George's is partnering with the Capital City Rescue Mission to reach out to the poor, homeless, and hurting men, women and children in the Albany area.
One area is supporting is Mission's Clothing Mininstry. The Mission gives away free of charge clean usable clothing to the less fortunate. Besides clothing, the Mission collects footwear, purses, belts, jewelry, bedding and household items.
The Mission will also take beat up/stained clothing. It is baled and sold with proceeds benefiting the Mission. Look for collection boxes in the church narthex.
